Programs Warned Not to Interfere With Election

'SBS Observatory' of SBS AM, 'Nurungji (Korean Traditional Biscuit) Teacher and Seven Potatoes', a children's program on KBS 2TV received warnings for allowing politicians running in this year's election to participate in their programs.

'SBS Observatory', presided over by Bong Du-wann, received four warnings from the Korean Broadcasting Commission for discussing the candidates' personal affairs.

'Nurungji Teacher and Seven Potatoes' aired a show with candidate Kim Ul-dong. Even though she had not yet decided to run in the election, a complaint was filed.

Daekyo Broadcasting was severely warned after Hwang Soo-Kwan appeared on 'General Hospital of Love' twice. It broadcast the show in February and was subsuquently warned. The show was aired again prior to the election.
