Youth Film Camp to be Held in Kangnung

The Association of Korean Independent Film and Video (KIFV) will hold a 'Youth Film and Video Camp' for high-school and middle-school students from July 28 to 31st at Jungdongjin Primary School in Kangnung.
The camp is designed not only to increase the understanding of film and creativeness of teenagers but to promote exchanges between Seoul and Kangnung students. KIFV plans to invite 70 students from Seoul and 30 students from Kangnung to the camp.
Students will be provided with an opportunity to direct a film by themselves, along with lectures on subjects including 'Understanding Video', 'Basic Filmmaking' and 'How to Handle Cameras'.
The camp's entry fee is 120,000 won for students from Seoul and 90,000 won for Kangnung students.
