Applicants Sought for the Heads of National Medical Institutions
Ministry of Health and Welfare announced on January 4 that it will make public the schedule of the acceptance of applications for the heads of the National Health Institute (NHI), National Virulence Research Center (NVRC), and National Cancer Center (NCC).The NHI researches epidemics and in particular diseases as well as training health workers. The NVRC tests and researches the toxicity of foods and medicines.
The successful candidates for the heads of these institutions will oversee planning and policy and determine the range of discretion and responsibility with the Minister of Health and Welfare.
