Inebriated Call 119 as Joke

I am working as a fireman. I encounter many difficulties due to people who call for the 119 rescue squad to take them home when they cannot get a taxi. We're angry when we reach a site as fast as possible in re-sponse to an urgent call for help, only to find a drunk who insists that we must take him home. If we take a drunk to a hospital he disturbs other patients by making noise in the emergency rooms. Some people who do not look that sick run away right after we take them to the hospitals.

Some of these people call the rescue squad just for the fun of it. They feel no compunction about calling, since it does not cost them a cent. They do not seem to know that really injured people who need our help may not get it in time, due to their little prank. People should not call for the rescue squad to get an easy ride home. The rescue squad is for giving medical aid to people in urgent situations. Having more consideration for others is required.
