[LETTERS TO THE EDITOR]Wanted: Language Protectors

There are many opinion leaders who do not speak correct and accurate Korean. The wrong expressions pop up frequently, even on radio and television programs. In Great Britain, the state broadcast system, the BBC, is the missionary of accurate English. However, in Korea, I do not know of any broadcast firm that has a sense of obligation for the correct use of Korean. The broadcasters should remember that preserving correct Korean is important.
