[LETTERS TO THE EDITOR]Web store damaged my trust

I trusted Internet shopping malls -- until recently. About two weeks ago on an online shopping mall, I found the Web-cam I had been looking for. The price was reasonable, so I purchased it from the site.
Other online shopping malls usually deliver products within 2 to 3 days. But after a week, I have yet to receive my purchase. And even more disturbing, the store seems to have no policies for customer service. I e-mailed the store, asking what happened to my purchase. There was no reply.
After three e-mails, I finally got an annoying answer saying, "The product is out of stock."
Out of stock? Then, why did they put the product on the site? And, why is the product that is supposedly out of stock still advertised on the site?
All I want from these online shopping malls is just a feeling of trust.
