Published: 06 Jan. 2003, 00:14
You just can't have good art without a biennale, or so it seems these days. The latest city to jump into the artistic fray is the southern port city of Busan, as it brings together several festivals under the unified banner of "Busan Biennale 2002."
The exhibition of artists from around the world has three major components: the Contemporary Art Exhibition, the Sea Art Festival and the International Open-Air Sculpture Symposium. Locations include the Metropolitan Art Museum, Haeundae Beach and Olympic Park.
The Busan Biennale runs to Nov. 17. For more information, check out the Web site www.busanbiennal.org.
