[LETTERS TO THE EDITOR]Recruitment for state jobs web of snags

The government is using an Internet recommendation system for personnel appointments, in which citizens recommend candidates for government posts. I recommended a couple of people as auditors at public corporations. I am very disappointed at the system, however.
First of all, I did not receive a notice about how the appointment process progressed. I had no way of telling how many recommendations were made for the particular post.
One of the persons I recommended told me recently that he received a call from the government, requesting from him a public corporation management plan to assess his capabilities. He could not write the report because he was unable to access the needed public corporation data.
The new hiring system this participatory government introduced appears to be bogus.
