&#91LETTERS TO THE EDITOR&#93Maintaining Korean form

I recently met my friend’s daughter, who has been studying to be a Korean-English interpreter. She asked me why Koreans follow the Western style when they write addresses in English. She said the Korean style, specifying the city first, would make sense to foreigners.
Some Koreans also introduce themselves in the Western style, but it would be more logical to maintain the Korean styles, establishing our own identity.
