&#91LETTERS TO THE EDITOR&#93Testing sites are too concentrated

I recently read an announcement in a newspaper that a national examination to hire mid-level public officials would be held on Sunday. I read the announcement carefully because a lot of my friends and college classmates have been preparing for the examination because the unemployment rate is very high in the economic downturn.
But I noticed that the places to take the examination were all clustered around Gangnam, south of the Han River. Of course, the traffic conditions in the area are better, which would make it convenient for test takers to get to the sites on time. But it might be difficult for those who do not live in the Gangnam area.
The competition is fierce, and many people have invested a lot of time in studying. The Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs should offer a fair opportunity to all those who want to take the test.
