&#91LETTERS TO THE EDITOR&#93Headline is misleading

Thanks for the interesting article on violations of U.S. visa regulations by Korean nationals on Saturday. It was well-written and highly informative. There is one problem, though: don't you think the headline is a little misleading? It makes me think that innocent Korean moms are being incarcerated in U.S. jails, but in the ninth paragraph you indicate that the mothers were released after being questioned, and can remain in the United States for up to six months. It's bad enough that you don't mention that little fact until then, but to dismiss it from the headline is inexcusable.
