[LETTERS TO THE EDITOR]Tea gift set fell short

I am outraged at the company for selling such a small amount of tea at sky-high prices. The company said the jar contained the correct amount of tea, and offered to refund my money. I declined because that would not compensate for the caring I wanted to show my friend.
This is defrauding consumers.
