As a person who uses the Seoul subway system, I want to make several requests. First, as the seasons change, the temperature on the trains should be carefully monitored. Some trains are too cold while others are too hot. Train drivers can control the thermometers if they pay attention.Second, passengers should be able to see the train drivers to check whether they are dozing off. Some news reports have said engineers sometimes fall asleep behind the throttle.
Third, the stations should be cleaner. Platforms should be clear of litter and garbage.
Fourth, the authority should check ID cards to verify qualifications for senior citizen discounts.
