[LETTERS TO THE EDITOR]Talking about TV
I am a professor of English at Chonnam University in Gwangju. My conversation students enjoyed your article on the “Cinderella Syndrome.” (“What’s on Korean TV,” June 30). We used it for the basis of our free-talk discussion on feminism. The majority of my students are female and they expressed a wide variety of opinions about the program.I have not seen the program myself, but my wife (who is Korean) has seen it and was not overly impressed. Thanks for helping me make an interesting class for my students!
