I am writing in connection with the article under the headline “Top court bars conscientious objector status” (July 16).I want to thank you for your new item about the ruling in Korea in the case of conscientious objectors. A number of these men are my Christian brothers, and it is really disturbing to see that people would rather have others kill than to love our neighbors as ourselves.
The article was very clear and understandable. Thank you again for your insight and information.
