[LETTERS TO THE EDITOR]Tired of an endless dispute over Korea’s history

I would like to say to the government, “Enough with the obsession with history!”
This time, the dispute is over bias in a Korean history textbook. In my history class, I learned that history can be interpreted differently according to one’s viewpoint.
Is South Korea not a democratic country that respects freedom of thought and speech for its citizens?
Politicians should stop dwelling on history and learn from the past to construct a better future.
They should know that today’s economic and political instability is only tarnishing another page of our history.
