[LETTERS TO THE EDITOR]To Samsung: What English?

Not so long ago, Samsung ran a whole page advertising a cell phone with an English menu. “Welcome!” I thought, so I gave it a try and bought one.
I have this to say to Samsung: What does “image bell” mean?
I visited the Web page engraved on the battery (www.anycall.com). Not a single English word.
I have got a Samsung celphone from Spain and you can choose from a menu of 16 languages.
The one I bought in Korea yesterday has only two, and I don’t understand a single English word.
What does “nomal” mean? I guess it is “normal.” What does “ShortCut menu” mean?
I would like to have an English manual.
Well, maybe, just maybe, I would be happy with an English menu I can understand.
