Front-line soldiers are puzzled while trying to interpret what President Roh
Moo-hyun said yesterday during a visit to a forward camp. Referring to his
earlier remark that “young men go rotten for years in the military,” Mr. Roh
told the troops yesterday, “It may sound wrong ... it may sound right.”
