Kim Sang-taek Cartoon
President Roh Moo-hyun defaces a painting depicting his surrender to the Grand National Party. The painting is called “a flag of surrender.” Roh says, “I’m not giving in.” The cartoonist wrote, “Roh’s pride was hurt.”
