But Hill is said to have neglected this principle.

Even Secretary Rice, who has been very supportive of Hill,/ said the talks in Singapore haven’t produced a breakthrough.
힐의 후견자 역할을 해온 라이스 장관조차도/ “싱가포르 회담에서 돌파구를 열지 못했다”고 말했다.
Rice’s views differ sharply from Hill’s,/ highlighting the seriousness of the matter.
라이스의 견해는 힐의 그것과는 현저히 다르며/ 이는 사안의 심각성을 극명히 보여주는 것이다.
It is hard to understand/ why Hill made this judgment call.
