Space Chimps (G)

Animation, Adventure/ 81min/ English

Ham III (Andy Samberg) is sent off to space by an alarmed NASA on a mission to find a lost spaceship.

The fun-loving chimp is the grandson of the first chimp astronaut but shows no desire to become a space hero.

To everyone’s dismay, the crew, which includes the fearless St. Luna (Cheryl Hines) and an uptight commander, get stranded on a strange planet.

Regardless of Ham III’s fickle nature, he grows serious when he finds out that the nefarious Zartog (Jeff Daniels) is planning to take over the innocent planet that he and his crew are stranded on.



The Good, the Bad, and the Weird (15)

Western, Action/ 137 min/ Korean

Three very different people start a race to solve the mystery of an unknown map. The three are the Good (Jung Woo-sung), the Bad (Lee Byung-hyun) and the Weird (Song Kang-ho).

The Good is a bounty hunter; a guy who will hunt anyone and anything if his price is right. Regardless of the job, he’s the only one with some sympathy at heart.

The Bad comes clad in a long trench coat and black leather gloves. He will do anything, no matter the consequences, to become the best.

The Weird manages to survive through all of the adversity that comes his way; he almost seems immortal.

As the race continues, the Japanese and other random bandits join the three ? all dying to find out what the map will reveal.



Etz Limon (12)

Drama/ 108 min/ Arabic, Hebrew

A Palestinian widow Salma (Hiam Abbass) meets a new neighbor who moves in opposite her lemon grove. It just so happens to be the Israeli Defense Minister (Doron Tavory).

The Israeli security forces order Salma’s trees to be uprooted, claiming that they pose a threat to the Minister’s safety.

Salma’s affection for her lemon trees and the help of a Palestinian lawyer lead her all the way to the Israeli Supreme Court to fight for her trees.

Her story intrigues the Defense Minister’s wife, Mira (Rona Lipaz-Michael) and the two women develop a tight bond despite borders between them.

As Salma continues to struggle for her rights, she depicts a dark and chaotic perspective on life in the Middle East.



Charlie Bartlett (R)

Drama, Comedy/ 97 min/ English

Having been kicked out of a private prep school, Charlie Bartlett (Anton Yelchin) is sent to a much more liberal public school.

On his first day of school, he is teased and beaten up by the school bullies.

But Charlie soon understands the school hierarchy and fits himself in as the resident bathroom “psychiatrist.” As he begins to hear his fellow classmates’ problems and occasionally hands out prescription drugs, he becomes the topic of everyone’s conversation.

With all of his students, including his dear daughter Susan (Kat Dennings) falling for Charlie’s charms, Principal Gardner (Robert Downey Jr.) decides to discover Charlie’s secret.



Delirious (15)

Drama, Comedy/ 107 min/ English

Les (Steve Buscemi) is a cranky self-loathing New Yorker who makes a living as a paparazzi photographer. One day he meets Toby (Michael Pitt), a super poor movie star wannabe, and takes him on as a new assistant.

But an exclusive party turns Toby’s squalid life completely upside down. He meets a movie casting director and a pop star, K’harma (Alison Lohman), who later becomes his celebrity girlfriend.

Bitter and annoyed by his assistant’s sudden rush of luck, Les decides to stalk Toby. Toby enjoys his suddenly dream-like life, completely oblivious to Les’s plan.



REC (R)

Horror/ 78 min/ Spanish, English

Ambitious television documentary reporter Angela (Manuela Velasco) and her cameraman are on a mission to film a heroic rescue scene by firefighters.

During the night shift, the crew receives a call to help an elderly woman trapped in her apartment.

They hurry to the scene, only to find a crazy and aggressive old lady screaming out of control.

Then the crew begins to act weird inside the apartment, as though they’ve been infected by some virus. The rest, who are still safe from the virus, frantically try to escape from the building, but all means of communication are cut off.



Knock (The Strangers) (15)

Horror, Thriller / 85 min/ English

When Kristen (Liv Tyler) and James (Scott Speedman), a young couple, attend a friend’s wedding, they decide to make a weekend getaway. The tired couple finally arrives at their secluded home. Suddenly, they hear a very loud knock at the door. It turns out to be a troubled girl.

Thinking she’s lost, Kristen and James send her away.

But as the night wears on, increasingly creepy events begin to spook the couple.
