한국 야구가 꿈과 희망을 선사했다. 김경문 감독이 올림픽 금메달을 딴 뒤 공개한 꿈은 엉뚱하다. 그가 털어놓은 꿈의 제목은 ‘누드 인터뷰’. 베이징에 가기 전 벌거벗은 채 기자들에게 둘러싸여 인터뷰했다는 난감한 내용이다. ‘길몽’이란 풀이를 들은 그는 복이 달아날까 봐 끙끙댔다고 한다. 모처럼 ‘누드’나 ‘알몸’이란 표현이 유쾌하게 다가온다. 고디바 초콜릿이나 페로의 젖가슴보다 훨씬 달콤한 느낌이다. 팍팍한 세상에, 우리 야구는 깨어나기 싫은 한여름 밤의 감동이었다. 앞으로도 김 감독이 밤마다 벌거벗는 꿈을 꿀 수는 없을까….
