[Talk of the town]
An online database of some 7,000 photographs depicting the culture and lifestyles of people in Cambodia, India, Malaysia, Mongolia, Sri Lanka and Uzbekistan has just opened up.
Cultural mosaic of Asia captured in online photo display
The pictures were taken by local and foreign photographers last year.
The photos can be seen at www.cct.go.kr/photo. The archive has been put together by the Unesco Asia-Pacific Centre of Education for International Understanding, the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism and the Hub City of Asian Culture Project. By Lee Eun-joo
