ⓒbelow → beneath 신분이나 지위 등을 낮을 경우에는 전치사 ‘beneath’ 사용하여 표현
ⓓthe least likely to → be the least likely to 조동사 다음에 본동사가 없으므로 ‘be’추가. 참고로‘~할 경향이 있다’라는 표현으로 ‘be likely to’ 사용
문제는 고학력 처자들이다. 눈 높은 그녀들이 선진국에서 남편감을 찾으려 해도 그쪽 역시 고학력 남자가 달리긴 매한가지다. 미란다의 선택은 남달랐다. 가임 연령이 넘도록 결혼 못할까 봐 난자 냉동 보관까지 고려했던 그녀는 착하고 귀여운 바텐더와 눈이 맞아 애부터 낳고 결혼에 골인한다. 영 안 할거면 모를까 꼭 하고 싶다면 발상의 대전환도 필요하지 않을까. 애국하기가 그리 쉬운 게 아니다.

So let’s take Miranda as a role model. Being cool and rational, she ⓒgave up the idea of marriage and thought about becoming a single mom with the help of ⓓembryo bank. But in the end, she chose mediocrity for happiness, starting a family with a sweet bartender. In a post-feminism age, it is the women who must change and reinvent their way of thinking. It isn’t that easy to become a patriot, saving Koreans from extinction.

ⓑrare species → a rare species 생물 종(種)을 나타내는 ‘species’는 단수와 복수가 같은 형태
ⓒgave up → had given up 극 중 미란다가 가정을 꾸린 시점이 과거인데, 그보다 더 이전에 남다른 선택을 했다는 내용이므로 과거완료형으로 수정
ⓓembryo bank → a sperm bank ‘bank’가 셀 수 있는 명사이므로 부정관사 a를 추가하고, 정자와 난자를 보관하는 장소를 일반적으로 일컫는 ‘sperm bank’로 수정
