유언장
죽음은 종종 분란을 낳는다. 가진 게 많은 자의 죽음일수록 더 그렇다. 죽는 자가 유언장을 남겨 산 자들의 갈등을 줄여 보려 하나 허사가 되기 일쑤다. 어떻게 나눠 주든 제 몫에 불만을 품는 이들이 나오기 때문이다. 유언장을 쓸 당시 고인의 정신 상태가 의문시되고, 유언장의 진위 시비가 끊이질 않는 건 그래서다.
