Students from the Japanese School in Seoul showcase a dance about the Korean capital at an annual festival, “2009 in Seoul-Tokyo,” at Seoul Plaza in the city’s center yesterday. The festival was launched in 2005 as the two countries celebrated 40 years of diplomatic friendship. By Oh Jong-taek
