Late president’s home opened to the public

테스트

The house where former President Roh Moo-hyun was born was unveiled to the media yesterday after a seven-month restoration project.

Gimhae city government invested 980 million won ($810,000) to restore the house after a friend of Roh, Kang Tae-ryong, bought the house and donated it to the city.

A ceremony to mark the completion will take place tomorrow. Roh’s widow, Kwon Yang-sook, is expected to attend. After the ceremony, the general public will be allowed to look around the house.
