[WHAT’S NEW] Gangbuk to provide interpretation services

The Gangbuk District Office announced recently that it will provide free interpretation services for foreigners at the area’s public health center, medical institutions in its jurisdiction, eye clinics and pharmacies starting this month.

Foreigners can get interpretation services in seven languages - English, Japanese, Chinese, French, Spanish, Russian and German - by calling (02) 983-7117 and selecting the appropriate language.

“We hope that the new service will help out the approximately 3,500 foreign residents living in this district when they visit medical facilities,” a Gangbuk District official said.
