Ex-prime minister Han arrested

Prosecutors arrest former prime minister Han Myeong-sook today morning at the Roh Moo-hyun Foundation building in Mapo District. [YONHAP]
Han, who served as prime minister during the Roh Moo-hyun administration, has denied the allegation that she received $50,000 from Kwak Young-wook, a former CEO of Korea Express, during her time in office.
Prosecutors said the arrest was made at the Roh Moo-hyun Foundation building in western Seoul, shortly after noon.
