AS Monaco got off to a solid start in their first league match of the New Year, defeating third-placed Montpellier 4-0.

Park had scored a goal in AS Monaco’s three previous matches, and this is his fourth consecutive match in which the forward has posted an offensive point. Park had quality chances to extend his scoring streak in the 10th and 78th minutes of the match, but came up short on both attempts.

With the win, AS Monaco improved to nine wins, three draws and seven losses on the season and currently sits seventh in league standings. [AFP]
