Celebrating the second anniversary of his inauguration, President Lee Myung-bak addresses senior officials of the Grand National Party at a luncheon at the Blue House. Including GNP Chairman Chung Mong-joon, 42 party officials attended the event. Chairman Chung Sye-kyun of the opposition Democratic Party also sent an orchid plant in congratulations. In his address, the president urged the GNP to amend the constitution to improve the governance system and revise laws covering administrative districts and elections. [YONHAP]
