In the wake of Korea’s efforts to improve diplomatic ties with Central Asian countries, Korea’s Culture Ministry holds an opening ceremony for the Korean Culture Center in Kazakhstan on Thursday (local time). The ceremony was attended by about 200 major government and culture industry officials from both countries, including Korean Ambassador to Kazakhstan Lee Byung-hwa and Kazakh Vice-Minister of Culture Mukhaar A.
