Helped into court
Kong Jung-tack, former superintendent of the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education, turns up at the Seoul Western District Court yesterday to attend a hearing in which a judge will decide whether a detention warrant against Kong will be issued. After being summoned last weekend for a 14-hour interrogation at the Seoul Western District Prosecutor’s Office regarding a corruption scandal, Kong was hospitalized this week and underwent heart treatment.
