Seoul nets ice stars
The world’s top figure skaters are coming to Korea as part of the “Medalist on Ice” show June 5 and 6 at Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium in southern Seoul.Olympic medalists Evan Lysacek of the United States, Evgeni Plushenko of Russia, Mao Asada of Japan, Joannie Rochette of Canada, and the Chinese duo of Shen Xue and Zhao Hongbo are all scheduled to take part.
Kim Min-seok and Lee Dong-won will be the only Korean skaters to appear at the show. Organizers said Kim Yu-na declined the invitation due to her training schedule.
