Pat Gaines
Prior to his new position, Gaines served as vice president of Customer Support for Asia-Pacific at Boeing Commercial Airplanes in Seattle. Gaines, who attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, has a degree in engineering and served in the U.S. military as an airborne ranger and a warrant officer pilot.
Oberlin , who headed Boeing Korea from 2002, will retire in July.
