Park Jae-beom rolls into town with a new film

테스트

When Park Jae-beom - a?k?a Jay Park, the former leader of the boy band 2PM - rolls into town this week to promote his new film “Hype Nation” he will have plenty to talk about. In addition to the film, he has a new single with U.S. rapper B.o.B.

Park’s appearance in Korea will be the singer’s first since JYP Entertainment, 2PM’s management company, officially dismissed him from the group four months ago. Park left 2PM in September after negative comments he made about Korea on his My Space page between 2005 and 2007 came to light last September, drawing the ire of his fans.

Now, Park is a featured vocalist on B.o.B.’s hit song “Nothin’ On You.”

The single was originally sung by Bruno Mars and was No. 1 on Billboard’s Hot Singles chart. For the digital single released here by Warner Music Korea on June 15, Park’s voice replaces that of Bruno Mars.

The collaboration with B.o.B. came about after Park uploaded a cover of the song to YouTube earlier this year.
