Water damage
In Haman, South Gyeongsang, railway workers yesterday shovel stones to repair a 50-meter (164-foot) section of railway connecting Samrangjin, South Gyeongsang, and Suncheon, South Jeolla, which was damaged by landslides caused by a torrential rainfall. Cities in both South Gyeongsang and South Jeolla had over 100 millimeters (3.94 inches) of rainfall yesterday. [YONHAP]
