The Gunnam Dam on the Imjin River in Yeoncheon, Gyeonggi, discharges seven of its 13 floodgates yesterday to maintain a safe water level. The dam has had a heavy inflow since July 18, which may indicate the Hwang River Dam in North Korea is discharging water. By Cho Yong-chul
