Women’s squad to square off against Mexico in U-20 Cup

The Korean national team will face Mexico in the quarterfinals of the U-20 Women’s World Cup on Monday in Germany.
The match comes after Korea lost its final Group D match against the United States.
Mexico placed first in Group C with a record of one win and two draws, scoring five goals and allowing four in the group stage.
North Korea, which managed to place second in Group B with two wins and one loss, will take on Germany, which went undefeated and placed first in Group A.
If both South Korea and North Korea manage to win their quarterfinals matches, the two will meet in the semifinals on July 29.
