Cars move slowly along a flooded road in the Namdong Industrial Complex in Incheon yesterday morning. Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi and the western coast of the peninsula saw heavy torrential rainfall yesterday. Pedestrian areas along the Cheonggye Stream in downtown Seoul were closed off, as well as some roads around the city.
