[Letters] Settlement of non-economic issues importantYour Dec. 18 editorial “We need better Sino relations” is full of diplomatic wisdom and deserves the attention of all stakeholders, including strategic diplomats around the world. I appreciate this editorial.
We should be honest and sincere with concrete plans of action for so-called cooperation, in order to remove the irritants in our relationships. We need not only bilateral trade but settlement of noneconomic issues of relevance, which are equally (if not more) important in relationship management.
