MADRID - Barcelona forward Lionel Messi was punished with a fine and a booking Tuesday for dedicating a goal to his mother on her birthday.After scoring a penalty in Saturday’s 3-0 win over Racing Santander, the Argentinian forward lifted his jersey in front a television camera to reveal an undershirt with the words “Happy birthday, mami!’’ written across it. Messi was punished under the Spanish federation’s disciplinary rules.
