Dense fog on the west coast and some inland regions disrupted flights in and out of the capital yesterday morning. After an Asiana flight for Ulsan at 6:40 a.m. was delayed, 20 more flights were held up until an emergency weather warning was lifted at noon. Six flights were canceled at Gimpo and Incheon International airports and some inbound flights to Incheon had to land at Cheongju Airport. By Ahn Seong-sik
