Residents in Gangneung, Gangwon, navigate piles of snow on the road. Just two weeks after the coastal city suffered the biggest snowfall in 100 years, it was hit by a sudden heavy snowfall again yesterday, leaving 25 centimeters (9.84 inches) of snow on the ground. [YONHAP]
