[Letters] Cultivating a multi cultural society of Korea

The front page news “Free School for multiethnic children”(KJD, March 11) makes a call for the sufficient, efficient and equitable financing of education at school level for the underprivileged students in and out of Seoul. Truly, biracial children possess the potential of becoming human capital by developing from plants into trees of a multiethnic Korea.

Mr. Kim Hae-sung, the founder of the school deserves a pat on the back for his Goals, Objectives and Destinations (GOD). There is a strong case for the students in Seoul to be trained in the science of the soul known as spirituality. Being a humble teacher from an Indian family of four generations of teachers, I appeal to people to support, promote and encourage this great effort for the weak and meek in Seoul.
