Fighting for disabled kids
Members of the Korea Parents’ Network for People with Disabilities scuffle with police yesterday in front of Kim Koo Museum and Library, Hyochang-dong, Seoul, where a ceremony was being held to mark a day for the disabled. The protesters were demanding a law be enacted to support the welfare of handicapped children and called for a talk with Chin Soo-hee, Minister of Health and Welfare, who attended the ceremony.
