[Letters] Carter does not represent the Unites States
As an American, I was very pleased to see the April 28 Korea JoongAng Daily column “An inconvenient truth about Jimmy,” written by Park Bo-gyoon.My fear is that Carter’s meddling in international affairs will give Koreans a false impression that Carter represents the United States He is a lone actor. I am glad to see Mr. Park set the record straight, as Carter’s actions are rarely, if ever, supported by people from his home country.
The article was also well researched and respectfully balanced. I look forward to more articles by Mr. Park.
