French Cardinal Jean-Louis Tauran, seventh from left, president of the Pontifical Council for Interreligious Dialogue at the Vatican, had a meeting yesterday with representatives of seven religions practiced in Korea at the Vatican Embassy in Seoul. Tauran earlier in the day paid a courtesy visit to Lee Myung-bak at the Blue House and the two discussed interfaith exchanges through understanding and dialogue, as well as the role of religions in society.
