범죄는 위험하지만 수지맞는 사업이다. 범죄자는 어리석지 않다. 손익계산서를 미리 머릿속에 짠다. 금전적 이익을 우선 따져본다. 재수가 없어 붙잡히면 뇌물을 주거나 변호사를 사는 등 빠져나갈 구멍을 생각해둔다. 감옥에 갇히는 최악의 경우를 상정해 형벌의 무게와 수감생활의 고통·불이익을 계산한다. 이런 모든 가능성을 열어 놓고 득과 실을 비교해본 뒤 실행에 옮긴다. 범죄경제학에서 분석하는 관점이다. 사기·횡령·배임 등 지능형 범죄에 상당히 설득력이 있다.내가 한 영작
