The seventh-place Eagles will square off against the fifth place Giants on the road in what may not seem like the most interesting series this weekend.
But three-year Giants veteran Karim Garcia, 36, who left the team last year to play in Mexico, is making a KBO comeback - this time with Hanwha. It will be interesting to see what kind of reaction the Giants and their raucous Busan fans have to Garcia’s new contract with the Eagles.
Meanwhile, Lotte’s Lee Dae-ho is still bashing the baseball with authority (15 home runs, 1.112 OPS).
